Deposit
After acceptance to the apprenticeship program, a 40% deposit is required. Please send a money order made out to James Haim to: COB Together, 152 Orange Avenue, Ashland, OR 97520 Your registration letter and reading list will be sent out after we receive your deposit. The remainder of your balance is due at the workshop in cash or another money order. Space is limited and we expect this apprenticeship to fill up quickly, so early sign-up is important.
Discounts
One partial worktrade will be made available to someone with prior group cooking experience. Call or email to inquire.
Children are welcome at all workshops, however childcare is not
provided.
Children ages 4-9 years old pay 25% of workshop cost.
Children ages 10-16 years old pay 50% of workshop cost.
